My Friend make basil leaves infused water with tomato and strawberry, perfume of Basil drink. This is the recipe of simple basil leaves infused water.
Peel and seed the tomatoes well ripe and fragrant.
Cut them roughly.
To drain in a colander over a bowl,
In order to collect water.
Slice strawberries,
Cut into 2.
Flush the equivalent of a dozen of basil leaves.
In a blender,
Incorporate;
Tomatoes,
Their water,
Strawberries,
The basil leaves,
A pinch of salt,
A drizzle of olive oil.
Mixer.
The consistency should be that of a drink,
Add water if necessary.
Put it in a carafe,
Serve in small glasses,
A fine amuse mouth!
