Basil seed drink health benefits - Do you know the plant named basil ? . Well , maybe for those of you who do not know with this one plant , it's time now to figure it out. Basil by scientific name Ocimum , the herb plants that almost the whole plant is used as a spice. Basil plant part that is often used is the seeds , basil seeds are often used as a complementary food supplement such as cold drinks , or other jelly . Basil seeds that size of sesame , which has a small black and white surrounded by clear outside it . Not only as supplementary material basil seeds are very nutritious foods to cure various diseases .
This is the latest basil-based refreshment from us. Jelly Basil Seed Drink Recipe, there you go;
Ingredients:
jelly powder 10 g melon
10 g jelly powder strawberry
10 g jelly powder wine
Orange jelly powder 10 g
lychee jelly powder 10 g
250 g caster sugar
2 liters of water
3 tbsp. Basil, soak it in water until fluffy
ice cubes to taste
Ingredients syrup:
250 ml water
250 g caster sugar
1/2 tsp esense frambozen
How to make Jelly Basil Seed Drink:
1. Agar jelly: mix the melon powder, 50 g sugar, and 400 ml of water. Cook over low heat while stirring until boiling. Pour into the mold that has been drenched with water. Wait for the freeze. Remove from mold, diced small. Set Aside. Do the same for jelly powder strawberry, grape, Orange, and lecy.
2. the syrup: mix all syrup ingredients, simmer until boiling, remove, set aside.
3. Presentation: take a glass, give 1 tablespoon jelly melon, 1 tbsp strawberry gelatin, 1 tbsp gelatin, 1 tbsp gelatin oranges, 1 tbsp gelatin lecy, and 2 tablespoons Basil. Let the ice cubes to taste, flush with the syrup. Serve cold.
